These basic principles are best executed by owner/operators who are dedicated entirely to the hands-on operation of their All Pro^® franchise operations.

All Pro^® store owners are supported in all aspects of their operations by an extensive range of services provided by All Pro Roofing & SheetMetal Ltd. and its staff.

Franchising Program

Franchise fee: $35,000* plus all applicable taxes. This fee is valid for 5 (five) years.

Additional Working Capital: (start-up costs) $180,000 (unencumbered)

The specific cost of an All Pro^® license will depend upon what area the All Pro^® licensee will be operating, i.e. population density. The cost of an All Pro^® license may exceed $35,000 in certain locations of Canada.

Included in the cost of a franchise is the following:

3 week training program in the London, ON, Training Centre
a store opening assistant to assist the opening of the new All Pro^® store (for a maximum period of 5 business days)
the use of all the All Pro Manuals
right to use trademarks and trade names
support from Head Office personnel who have vast knowledge in the construction business.

Not included in the cost of the franchise:

The operating tools
All display signage
The operating vehicles such as trucks, trailers, etc.
The term of the License agreement is 5 years with option to renew for up to a further period of 5 years.

The selection of new All Pro^® store owners is an important decision involving an extensive interview/approval process. Not everyone who applies for a franchise meets the criteria to be an All Pro^® franchisee.
