MAINTAINING YOUR ROOF (Spring / Fall) As part of our commitment to ongoing roof care, we are offering to our valued customers the opportunity to take advantage of the Spring / Fall Rain Check Maintenance Package, ranging from $195.00 to $595.00 Roof care maintenance will prolong the life of any roof -- even the best of them. There should be a regular schedule of roof inspections. These inspections should take place at least twice a year, preferably at the end of fall, before the roof passes through the period of severe stress, and at the beginning of spring. RAIN CHECK MAINTENANCE PACKAGE Accidental DamageThe impact of falling or dropped objects is a roofing hazard. DebrisIf your roof inspections have been irregular, you may find dirt and debris have accumulated to such an extent that vegetation is taking root. Even small amounts of dust, dirt, leaves or twigs will inhibit the normal flow of rain water, hold moisture and clog drains. FlashingMasonry or carpentry faults instead of flashing failure may be the reason. Parapets and CopingsOpen joints in a brick parapet wall will generally cause leaks. Water that enters the joints, and works its way down through the wall, can go behind the flashing and penetrate under the roofing. Because of its complexity, a roof demands the skill of highly trained construction professionals. From the estimator who evaluates your needs to the crew that installs, repairs and maintains your roof, every member of our Roofing Team is dedicated to providing the highest standards of roofing excellence. Security is the Roof over your head. All Pro Roofing was founded in 1993 by Rob Petrik, who originally conceived it as merely a hobby portfolio. The reputation of All Pro Roofing quickly spread amongst the communities of Southwestern Ontario. All Pro Roofing has achieved tremendous notoriety in the roofing industry ever since it had started to be specializing mainly in roofing since 1998. Realizing the true potential of the trade, Rob decided to expand operations in early 2001, and partnered the company with a small group of roofing professionals who brought an aggregate 25 years of prior roofing industry experience to the company. With news of our recent expansion efforts, many individuals and businesses have chosen All Pro Roofing as their roof maintenance and repair company.
Because of the diverse range of technology that is available today, All Pro Roofing does not limit itself to any specific roofing system or solution. We take each client's needs and requirements into account, and essentially provide consultative assistance to arrive at the best solution.
