Pricing a flat-roof depends on a number of factors: The total area of your roof, the number of detail (or 'hard-to-get-to') areas, the accessibility (and the height) of your building, the number os obstacles on your roof (gas-pipes, air conditioner units), etc. Please call us for a free estimate. We feel we must mention here an important aspect that much too many people miss to note: Did you know that if you hire a roofing company to repair your flat roof, that they will very likely utilize propane to complete your flat-roofing project? Your home-insurance specifically states somewhere that if a third party damages your house -- like a flat roofing company can easily cause a fire-accident -- then your insurance is void. It is YOUR OWN responsibility to ensure that your flat-roofers have a special liability INSURANCE that is set up for HOT-ROOFING APPLICATIONS purposely and specifically!!! The regular 1-million dollar liability insurance that 98% of the regular roofing companies have DOES NOT cover accidents caused by propane torching (fire-damage). Make ABSOLUTELY SURE that the roofing company you hire has it in WRITING that they have a MINIMUM 5-Million Dollar Liability insurance that is SPECIFICALLY for HOT ROOFING APPLICATIONS! All Pro Roofing & SheetMetal lets you know IN WRITING (before they start on your roof) in your contract what they will do exactly, so you know precisely what will be done on your roof. And, the All Pro Roofing staff welcomes you to come up to your roof at any stage -- so you can SEE how we do it and that we install EXACTLY what we specified in your contract. If you are not comfortable to come up to see your roof, All Pro Roofing will take digital PHOTOGRAPHS so you can see the building stages of your new roof. All Pro Roofing has nothing to hide and you SHOULD be able to see your roof -- we help you see it one way or another. (Think about it: Have you ever heard a roofing company offer you that they will shoot numerous photographs of your roof as it is being assembled? All Pro Roofing & SheetMetal states this in its contracts each and every time!) Another important fact that we should mention is that you should NEVER hire any roofing contractor UNLESS they have it in their contract IN WRITING that you are NOT responsible for any injuries (or loss of life) they may suffer on your property! |
