Please give us a call for our FLAT-roof pricing.

Pricing a re-shingling (or re-roofing) project depends on a number of factors: The total area of your roof, the number of valleys, the pitch (steepness) of your roof, whether it's -20°C or it's summer time, etc. Please call us for a free estimate.

The founder of All Pro Roofing (Rob) didn't get into roofing primarily for a living. He started doing it just out of pure passion - he looked it as a challenge and as a hobby. (He was a computer programmer by the way.)

For the last 17 years hundreds of people have been lucky to have their roofing completed by us, and they saved hundreds and sometimes even thousands of dollars! And, they spread the good news too... (On an average, we complete approximately 1,200 roofs each year all across Southwestern Ontario.)

IMPORTANT! We feel we must mention here an important aspect that much too many people miss to note: Did you know that the shingles have a limited-time warranty on them? Unfortunately many people suffer from the consequences of having to replace their shingles way before 20 years (or whatever warranty their shingles carry). You might have heard a number of your friends complaining that their "25-year" shingles are 'crap' after just 8 or 10 years... and, some of them even call the shingle-manufacturer and tell them about it. At these cases the manufacturer sends out a representative to look at the shingles... and sadly enough... they must inform the home owners that the shingles have not been installed professionally; the tar paper might be missing, or there is no ice-and-water-shield or step-flashing installed where it would have been necessary -- and that... simply VOIDS the warranty!
Unfortunately there are a lot of roofing contractors who "cut corners" by either not installing the proper amount of tar paper (or none at all), or they miss to install the drip edge strips, or some don't use step-flashings, or we could go on with numerous examples that result in voiding the shingles' warranty.
It's extremely important that your roofers are T-R-A-I-N-E-D well so they can perform a PROFESSIONAL installation -- and that way your shingles will truly last for the time period that's indicated in their warranty!
Unfortunately there are many people who "fall" for too-cheap estimates -- only to realize that they will have to change their shingles way before they should last -- BECAUSE they weren't installed properly and professionally.

We let you know IN WRITING (before we start your roofing project) in our contract what we will do, so you know what will be happening to and on your roof. At some instances, as we open up your roof, we may deem that some other technique will fit better for your roof, but this is done only because at the end it's more beneficial for you, the home owner.

If you wish, we will take digital PICTURES so you can see the building stages of your new roof. We have nothing to hide and you SHOULD be able to see your roof -- so we help you see it. (Think about it: Have you ever heard a roofing company offer you that they will take photos of your roof as it is being assembled? We state this in our contracts each and every time!)

Another important fact that we should mention is that you should NEVER hire any roofing contractor unless they have it in their contract IN WRITING that you are NOT responsible for any injury (or loss of life) they may suffer on your property!

You should also make sure that they have a minimum $2-million Liability Insurance! God forgive, anything may happen to your house (damages as a result of their possible negligence or any accident), their Liability Insurance policy should cover your damages. IF they DON'T have such Liability Insurance, your home insurance will NOT cover the damages your roofers caused! BE CAREFUL and make sure you are COVERED when you decide to get your roof done!

Oh, and lastly you might want to read this article before you hire any roofing professionals...
